Also make sure you give customer the line type “No xxx and No VOD”. Our lines are 7.3mb and the max memory in suiptv and in most smart tv`s are 5mb.

if you want to stay safe, we recommend you to use anonymous debit cards when you order credit from us. Its a small, simple extra layered security as we recommend. A site such as Entropay.com is great! Many other options.
When Customer have slow internet (below 15mb/s), make sure to explain them that they will have problems with hd/fhd channels.
Possibly helpful advice is make sure they use cable connection. Not wireless.
Gold Plated hdmi cables and so on, to make the connection as strong as possible.
On Mag box if the user has buffer issues, tell them to increase the internet speed (if below 20mb/s tested through portal), and then go to settings and increase buffer size.
